Series of Homicides

The following criminal investigative analysis was prepared by Special Agent (SA) Leslie D’Ambrosia, Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), Miami Regional Operations Center, in consultation with, and review by, Detective Sergeant John Yarbrough, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (L.A.S.D.), Homicide Bureau. The analysis was based upon a review of the materials submitted by, and conversations with, Detective Harold Scott, Ventura Police Department, Investigator Larry Pool, Orange County Sheriff’s Department, and Detective Larry Montgomery, Irvine Police Department. The conclusions are a result of knowledge drawn from personal investigative experience, educational background and research conducted by members of the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime (NCAVC), FBI Academy, Quantico, Virginia.
